COACHING SCHOLARSHIPS TO BE AWARDED

Are you a PC(USA) ministry leader or ministry leadership team within the Synod of the Northeast? Are you excited about the potential for new or expanded ministry and moving forward? Are you trying to help your ministry determine what’s next – or move into the vision they have already claimed? Did you know that the Synod of the Northeast has a network of professional coaches that could work with and support you as you strive to be the most effective leader/leadership team in your ministry situation that you can be?  This is your opportunity to join the 20 ministry leaders and two ministry teams currently working with SynodNE Coaching Network Coaches thanks to financial assistance from the Synod of the Northeast.

The SynodNE Coaching Network is offering scholarships for FIVE PROFESSIONAL COACHING SESSIONS
to FIVE PC(USA) ministry leaders within the SYNOD OF THE NORTHEAST
and scholarships for THREE PROFESSIONAL COACHING SESSIONS
to TWO (2) ministry leadership teams within the SYNOD OF THE NORTHEAST.

Preference will be given to:   Leaders and leadership teams of emerging ministries; Leaders and leadership teams actively engaged in church transformation; Young ministry leaders and leadership teams led by and/or comprised of young ministry leaders;   Racial/ethnic leaders and leadership teams led by and/or comprised of racial/ethnic leaders; Small church leaders and  teams leading small churches; Leaders and leadership teams working through transitions and/or adaptive challenges

Applications will be reviewed and scholarships awarded based on
(1) preference list above and
(2) date completed application received.
Scholarship awardees will be matched with a professional coach from the SNE Coaching Network.

Deadline :   although applications will be accepted until scholarships have been awarded, the deadline for the first review of applications is October 16, 2015.
